Vendor On-Boarding - Independent Constractor
If you would like to apply to become an independent contractor with our company and receive inspection orders from us, you will need to complete the Vendor On-Boarding process.
Step #1: Complete the Vendor Application below.
Once you complete the form above, we will reach out to your about the additional steps below to finish onboarding.
Step #2: Sign Vendor Contract/Agreement(s), Tax forms and Direct Deposit form (will be emailed to you by our Vendor Team)
Step #3: Phone interview with one of our Vendor Management team members. This allows us to confirm final details.
Step #4: Background Check - Obtaining an Aspen Grove ABC# ** If you already have an ABC#, this step is not needed. **
Step #5: Receive your login credentials for our inspection management application(s)
